Less than an hour from your campsite<\/a>The town of Entrecasteaux awaits you with its beautiful, imposing ch\u00e2teau surrounded by magnificent gardens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The privately-owned, 11th and 17th-century ch\u00e2teau is inhabited and open to the public. Richly furnished and decorated, it features numerous period documents, tapestries, furniture and paintings. The rooms reflect the different periods in its history: a Louis XIV salon, an Empire salon, a Baroque music salon, an Oriental suite, etc.

You can also discover other original rooms such as the ancient kitchens, the cabinets of curiosities and the dungeons. The formal garden adjoining the ch\u00e2teau was laid out according to designs inspired by Le N\u00f4tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
